Shipping & Returns

Ready-made pieces ship in 2–4 business days via tracked mail. Custom orders take 7–14 days before they leave the studio.

You can cancel a paid order yourself within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it is still Placed or Confirmed. Once we start packing, it can no longer be cancelled from your account.

A cancelled order is refunded in full, including the delivery charge. If we have to cancel an order ourselves, you are refunded in full as well.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Digital patterns are final sale.

We refund a return once the item reaches us and passes inspection. The refund covers the price you paid for the returned items. The delivery charge is refunded only when the whole order is returned.

Exchanges can be requested within 15 days of delivery. If the replacement you asked for isn't available, we refund what you paid for the exchanged item instead.

Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method. We start the refund straight away, and it usually reaches you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by our team directly; we will contact you to arrange it.
